嘉宾：Berno Odo Polzer

策展人，剧作家。其研究领域涵盖当代音乐、声音艺术，行为艺术。曾在维也纳学习考古学,音乐理论, 哲学和德国文学，目前工作生活于布鲁塞尔和柏林。

他跨学科的实践联合了艺术，理论，戏剧和策展的方法。作为一名策展人，他一直致力于探索与当代音乐、政治理论、建筑、媒介历史、神经科学、舞蹈、表演以及视觉艺术相关的跨学科形式与方案，他还与Kunstenfestivaldesarts、 布鲁塞尔Kaaitheater、Tanzquartier Wien、威尼斯世界论坛（World Venice Forum）、steirischerherbst、维也纳音乐厅（Wiener Konzerthaus）、达姆施塔特Ferienkurse für Neue Musik以及法兰克福 Alte Oper 等多家艺术机构展开合作。他与Jérôme Bel, Xavier Le Roy, Philipp Gehmacher, PierreLeguillon, tat ort Wien, Eszter Salamon, Jan Ritsema, Sarah Vanhee等艺术家协作完成了众多艺术和戏剧项目。

2000年至2006年间，他专注于策展人的工作；2007至2009年间，他担任维也纳现代音乐节国际当代音乐节（部分）的艺术总监。他目前担任柏林音乐节MaerzMusik的艺术总监，为此，他构思了一个关于时间的政治的跨学科研究计划，计划的副标题为“关于时间问题的节庆”（Festival for Time Issues），目前正在进行当中。

主题：时间的政治

摘要：我将呈现我正在进行的“时间的政治”的项目材料，使用我们的工作坊作为语境来一起思考，同时通过交谈、采访、阅读、筛选来拓展研究。或许，我们可以自觉并清晰地意识到，潜于这场聚集群体中多元和分歧的暂时性，并将它和正在进行中的根本性转变联系起来。

换句话说，我想提出一种关于聚焦与思考暂时之事的日常时刻，透过时间/暂时性的棱镜来观察我们的处境：通过概念、体现时间的理论和实践，它们的政治谱系以及它们的政治潜能。这的确是一个复杂而又广阔的领域，但我相信，我们这些日益生成的时间晶体，能在抽象和具体之间建起纽带。

嘉宾：Rakhee Balaram

印度学者、教授、策展人，英国伦敦大学艺术史博士，英国剑桥大学法国文学博士。曾任教于纽约州立大学奥尔巴尼分校，2014年以访问教授身份赴Jawaharlal Nehru大学深造、交流，后在印度新德里美术学院任硕士生和博士生联合导师。曾参与多次国际大型学术活动，2015-2016获德国柏林德国研讨会，艺术历史研究奖学金。

Rakhee Balaram的出版包括〈分房：当代时代的分割文化重塑〉、〈革命诗学：Rakhee Balaram评论2015年伊斯坦布尔双年展〉等十几余篇文章。他在女性问题、潜在性、批判性问题方面有深入研究，出版过 《反对： “法国女权主义” 的心理分析》等多部著作。他与Partha Mitter，Parul Dave Mukherji等人合作编辑《二十世纪印度艺术》 。作为活跃的策展人，Rakhee Balaram策划过多起大型展览活动，如“永恒国家：现代城市、脆弱性——当代印度艺术”等。Rakhee Balaram 独立组织的活动有：“地下笔记：十字路口的女权主义”。独立执行的工作坊包括：2012年在圣路易斯华盛顿大学开展的“多种类现代主义教学” —教学研究生工作坊。 2010年在Jawaharlal Nehru大学举办的“最佳写作实践”—毕业研究生写作工作坊等。

主题：科钦学生双年展

摘要：Rakhee的报告将以她最近参与的科钦学生双年展作为主题，谈及她参与其中的一些经历与体验。她将这看作是制作展览的另一种立场，同时也认为这与欧洲的激进学生运动之间具有一定的相关性，有着微弱的历史化倾向。Rakhee认为菩提伽耶双年展是一次带有“弹出窗口”性质的“微型双年展”，并试图通过德勒兹等哲学家的“褶子”概念对上海双年展、菩提伽耶双年展以及它们各自的内容进行理论化的处理。

Title/Theme: Politics of Time

Abstract: I would like to bring material from my ongoing work on the politics of time – and use our context for thinking together and continuing this investigation by way of talks and interviews, readings and screenings – public or not. Maybe we can render conscious and explicit – at least partially – the multiple and divergent temporalities this group inhabits, and draw relations to the ongoing, fundamental transformations Monica addressed.

In other words, I’d like to propose a daily moment offocus, of considering things temporal, of looking onto our situation through the lens of time/temporality: through concepts, embodied theories and practices of time, their political genealogies as well as their political potentiality. This is indeed a complex and all too vast field to consider, but I trust that –growing time crystals that we are – bridges can be built between the abstract and the concrete.

Title/Theme:  Kochi Student Biennale

Abstract: Rakhee will take Kochi Student Biennale as the topic of her presentation, as well as her experience on this project. She looks at this as an alternative site of exhibition-making andever so slightly historicize it in terms of radical student productions in Europe. Rakhee also looks at the Bodhgaya Biennale as a quasi’ pop-up, or micro biennial’ and tries to theorize both the SB and the BB and some of its related content, via the critical concept of the fold (Deleuze, Heidegger, and some Indian philosophy).
